How to get your Partner ID

Send us your details
Email submissions@federalapostille.org with your business information (listed below). There is no public self-signup — every partner is set up by our team so your pricing and return address are correct from day one.

We set up your account
We review your application and create your partner account with your wholesale rate, referral fee, and saved return address.

Get your Partner ID
You receive a welcome email with your unique Partner ID and a link to the portal. Enter the ID to start submitting — there is no password to manage.
What to include in your email
- Business name and type (livescan, law firm, apostille / service company, etc.)
- Primary contact name, email, and phone
- Business mailing address (used as your default return address)
- Estimated monthly volume of documents
- Website or anything else relevant to your application
